This is the first of a series of posts I am doing on the rather stark contrast between how my life is now as a full time Internet marketer and how it was when I was a helicopter mechanic in the Canadian Air Force not that long ago.
Though the transition was gradual for me, as I was a part-time IM`r for a spell, but when I compare my day to day life now to how it once was, it `would seem that it is the little things that wield the greatest weight in how I perceive the changes in lifestyle and routine.
With pride and humility I invite you into my wonderful little world!

When I left the Royal Navy, I found the transition back to "civvy" life hard. In fact I still do and I left a long time ago. The civilian job market these days is really tough, and looking after a family is very tough, I suppose it depends on what trade he is in the army on how easy it's going to be for him to find a good job.
I think he should stay in the service, at least untill he's qualified for a pension, I didn't and I've regretted it ever since.
Still, the heart's a pretty strong influence.
Good luck with whatever you decide.

Generally unless it is a day/time when they are open to the general public, it is not considered a "regular operating day". So if your pass is only valid on "regular" operating days, it is probably not valid on the "school" day.
However, to be sure you will have to get in contact with the Six Flags Park you are going to, so you can be sure. Perhaps the person at your school that is organizing this can call them if you can't get a hold of them.

I don't know how rich the kids are at your school, but at my school we have lots of kids who don't have a lot of money. That's a problem for dress-up days because most kids don't have a lot of stuff to pull outfits from. Some of our best dress-up days have been "aluminum foil day" and "pipe-cleaner day". "Funny Hat Day" leaves a lot of room for creativity and almost everyone can find some kind of hat, even if they have to swipe on from their baby brothers. If getting participation is important, find every-day, easy, cheap ways for *every* student to participate.
Garbage-bag day
duct tape day
made-it-myself day
pajama day (be careful about defining school appropriate pajamas)
aluminum foil day
pipe-cleaner day
funny hat day
wacky hair day
I love the pre-K day idea!

You got yourself Old Orchard Beach up there in New Hampshire somewheres. (Said in the raggadiest, 'r' dropping accent imaginable.) 'Scuse me, Southern Maine.
There ya are:
(Still using accent. Picture old man, rocking chair, prospector of the north type of guy.)
Got yourself ol' Freeport, ME real near by too. With it's colonial ordinance and the LL Bean super store. Real pretty town, lots of stuff to do for a nice like day walk about.

This is a great product for those who wish to introduce their children to #environmental awareness. *Also I finished organizing my #business planner! It was absent of needed data. (I am just starting out thus I am finding what I need as I go).

I have a 13 month old beagle terrier with some chi in him and I was told by the vet to feed him AT LEAST twice a day because of the hypoglycemia problem even though he is 14-15 lbs. I feed him Wellness three times daily …about 7 am then at 1 pm then at 7 pm with a light snack around 9 pm. He has water available all day til about 10 pm and he gets at least a mile a day walk in and tons of socialization with the neighbors kids and dogs just about every day.
I would recommend that a chihuahua be kept on a three times daily feeding schedule at 7 then 1 then 7 again if possible but at least twice a day at 7 and 7 with a snack in between forever. I'd cut it down to a quarter to third of a cup 3 times daily to preven the sugar problem.

the only problem i see with it is that its probably not a good life style to get use to unless u plan on having a night job for the rest of ur life. i know what u mean though i always feel better at night and i think it has to do with the sun, i don't like how its always shining in my eyes and it sometimes makes them hurt, everything is more clear at night, if that makes any sense.

you sound pretty stressed hun..
therapy could really help with dealing with your past.. but there are some other ways if you're not interested in that..
the best depression/anxiety reliever i can recommend is exercise.. it takes your focus off what's bothering you and hey it's just good in general.. exercise also releases serotonin, dopamine and a few other nuerotransmitters in your brain.. serotonin helps you sleep and dopamine is related to pleasure and happiness.. those chemicals i just mentioned are the ones that your brain lacks when depressed.. exercise helps to balance them.. this has been clinically proven to work faster and longer than medication.. simply taking a twenty minute walk each day could really help..
exercise also releases endorphins.. the body's natural pain killers.. this is related to "runner's high"..
other than exercise you could try deep breathing, muscle relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga, listening to music, writing in a journal, or talking to a friend about it.. i also drink ungodly amounts of tea.. haha..
get a good social support network.. talk to a friend or family member about how you feel..
take time out for yourself each day.. to just reflect, relax, and settle your thoughts.. do things that relax you and that you enjoy..
warm milk also helps to produce serotonin.. so maybe drinking a glass before you go to sleep may help..
try to get at least an hour of sunlight each day.. this also helps to balance your brain chemistry and produces serotonin..
eat a healthy diet.. and drink lots of water..
get out a little.. do things you enjoy.. or try some new things.. this way you can get out of the house and meet knew people..
just try to make the best of things.. it may be hard, but it's essential to survive..
i really hope this helps.. and best of luck
