WARNING! How to Remove the remv.php Exploit Hack from WordPress
There is a serious exploit out there right now in the WordPress blog world, and if you have not already, you need to update your WordPress blog to version 2.7 ASAP to protect yourself from it.
This hack is a file that can be put into your /wp-content/themes/ folder which, once installed, can be used to run any number of php commands on your server, including messing with your logins, databases, files, cpanel, etc.
This video shows you how to detect and remove the remv.php hack.
You will know if it is on your WordPress blog in about 1 minute by using this video.
One of the most common symptoms of the presence of the hack is the decreased performance of your website, and slowing of pages, downloads, etc.

it sounds like you have custom stages in your wii or SD you cant have any customs besides the fake stage or it freezes. Also while this does load on 4.3 the installer does not, so for now this is kinda useless. I use this method for loading Geko so that i can play Brawl+ or Brawl-

I've personally worked with drupal and joomla, but not much at all with wordpress. In my personal opinion, drupal is by far more flexible than is joomla; however, joomla has many built-in features that makes it much easier for people to use.

You're right, the theme is the result of the content, so they're very similar. It might help if you think of it like this: the content is what is actually said; the theme is why it's said, it's the general concept the poem is about. So a poem's content may be a boy stabbing someone at school, and its theme would be knife crime and the effect of gang-culture on young people. A poem's content might be a girl in a hospital bed, its theme might then be the shortness of life and the fact that even the young can die.
So yes, the theme is the underlying message/meaning of the poem – it's the whole point of the poem. When you're talking about the theme, you're looking at what literally happens in the poem and why it happens and the point the poet is trying to make. Then when you're talking about the content, you're looking at the TECHNIQUES the author uses – repetition, metaphor, caesura, rhyme, alliteration. (So you use quotes for both.)
Identify the theme, then show how the content creates the theme. Tell us what the poem's really saying, then show us how the words and images say it.

it depends on what county you live in. i think most counties require that you have both. some only require the rabies tag. if you're not sure, i would put all his tags on to start with, then find out the requirements in ur county and take em off if u want.
if you have problems with the noise that comes with multiple tags, you can buy little rubber things at the pet store that go around the edges of the tags to eliminate the clanging. my dog has 2 tags, and we put one of these on only one of them and it worked. but then the thing fell off… my dog is a german shephard
he runs around a lot so this is really no surprise, but if you have a smaller breed i would suggest this.

I’m trying to adjust the width of my blog using the Tarski theme and the instructions say to add a new stylesheet by saving a CSS file and uploading it to the wp-content/themes/tarski/styles/ directory.

If your hosting provider provides the Fantastico application through Cpanel, it's really easy to install. Fantastico installs various applications (one of which is wordpress) for you in just a few clicks.
Once you've installed wordpress you have a basic functioning web site. At this point you can easily download free (and paid) themes and plugins. THey just go into your public_htmlwp_contenttemplates or plugins folder.
