For a very long time I have researched the single biggest deterrent preventing Internet marketers from using WordPress as their main CMS and marketing platform.
Those that have tinkered with earlier versions of WordPress found the installation cumbersome and complex, not to mention the rather convoluted process of locating, installing and configuring the very limited, almost always unstable plugins that seemed to be unworkable depending on the WP version you were installing them on.
All this has changed with WordPress versions of late, even more so for 2.7. The rules for plugin development have been firmed up, and the stability is far far better, not to mention that the plugins developed for Internet marketers have come a long, long way.
Now the plugins range from SEO positioning and optimization to traffic analyses and RSS aggregation, automatic replacement of words with masked affiliate links, automatic emails sent to commenters, completely self contained affiliate programs and much more.
To cap this, of the 40 or so plugins that I use, all but 2 of them are free, including free updates.
The final show stopped for most is the hassle of locating the right plugins, and uploading them via FTP, setting permissions, etc., and although WordPress 2.7 has some facility to help this, it is still not going to do much of the work for you.

I disagree with the other poster The traffic on Saturday afternoons is not that congested. You'll find the biggest problems during rush hours and in areas sponsoring big events on the weekends. Get a map and get an understanding of the area. We have many freeways, that when utilized, can save you a lot of time. Traffic in the suburbs will just be average. Bell Road takes a lot of traffic in the northwest part of the valley but not usually congested on Saturday afternoons. A traffic collision here will tie up traffic anywhere for hours. We have lots of "rubber necks" – lol

a) Keyword difficulty for your keyword
b) Keyword traffic
c) Whether the other 19 websites on top of you are doing any search engine optimisation.
d) How good content you have when compared to other 19 and also is it similar kind of content or unique content.

I downloaded some plugins once, I forgot if they installed themselves or not though. But they are located in Home > Library > iMovie > Plugins. If they don't automatically install themselves that's where you can manually install them and in iMovie HD you'll find them along with the other effects. The ones I downloaded, I couldn't open the file to install them so I downloaded UnArchiver and used that to open the download. Just in case you might experience the same thing.

I don't know about the first question but for the second, yes, with wordpress you cn build full fledged sites. There are certain wordpress plugins like All In One SEO Pack that enables you to add unique meta data for each individual post. WordPress in general is very flexible in every way, there's really few things you can't do with it.

Nope, they are super easy. I'd estimate once I switched to cloth when my daughter was 14 months, it took an extra 5-10 minutes of my time each day. That's NOTHING!
There are many diapers now that are just like disposables, but are washable. They are called AIOs and pockets. ANYONE can put one on a baby in seconds. Gone are the days of only the folded burp cloth prefolds! I have some,yes, but my husband doesn't use them. He loves how easy the fancy new cloth diapers are!
You do NOT have to wash them daily. I wash mine every 2-3 days and have never had stain issues or anything.
All you do is chuck them in the washer. If you breastfeed, you don't even need to worry about rinsing the poops off into the toilet until solids are introduced; you just throw them in the washer as is.
The Cottonbabies site has really great information. I read up on their basics page many times when I was just starting out.
Using cloth will save you SO much money. WOW imagine paying for triplets in disposables for 2-3 years……………..YIKES that is like 4-5 grand! Cloth saves money, is easy to use, and reusable. You never run out at 2 am.

These viscid secretions accumulate in the respiratory tract, pancreas, gut sweat glands etc.
This too ivolves modification of certain proteins responsible for the maintainence of the sodium channel.
Alzheimers disease is an example of another disease which is more due to involvement of a collection of defective proteins,
